As the season of fall comes to an end, Starbucks has brought out their 2025 holiday menu to kick of the month of December with Christmas spirit and holiday cheer.
The 2025 menu has a wide selection of fun drinks and delicious foods to bring warmth to a chilly winter day. The menu was officially released on Thursday, November 6th, 2025, and Steinbrenner students have incredibly positive things to say when it comes to the lineup.
The Caramel Brûlée Latte is first up on the menu. It is made with Starbucks’ signature espresso, steamed milk, and a decadent caramel sauce. Topped with whipped cream and crunchy caramel brûlée bits, this drink is perfect for someone who enjoys a caffeinated but sweet drink.
Next up is the Peppermint Mocha. This drink includes signature espresso roast, steamed milk, sugary mocha sauce, and peppermint syrup. Like the Caramel Brûlée Latte, the mocha is topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with dark chocolate curls rather than sweet caramel bits.
“Peppermint Mocha is my favorite because I love the taste. It definitely puts me in the mood for a Christmas movie or some Black Friday shopping,” said freshman Ella Hoffman. “I like to have it iced because even though it may be colder outside, I still love my drinks cold. We are also in Florida, so cold drinks naturally call to me.”
The Gingerbread Chai is another favorable drink on the 2025 menu. Dusted with cinnamon, this drink contains warm chai flavor with 2% milk, along with gingerbread-flavored cold foam to tie in the taste of the spices. This drink is the perfect choice for those looking for a strong spice flavor and a way to get into the holiday spirit.
“The Gingerbread Chai is amazing. It is so delicious and festive,” said freshman Madison Woods. “I order it iced most of the time, but when it gets colder, I drink it hot.”
A less well-known, but still wonderful option from Starbucks is the Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha. This drink is made with rich espresso mixed with peppermint syrup, steamed milk, and white chocolate sauce, topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls, like Peppermint Mocha. Although it is not the most popular, it is still a delicious treat to get people excited for the holiday season.
Last but definitely not least on this menu is the Sugar Cookie Latte. Sugar cookie syrup is combined with the Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast to create this drink, along with 2% steamed milk and festive red and green sprinkles on top, to bring it all together. “The Sugar Cookie Latte is my favorite because it has a festive flavor, but it is not too heavy and has a good amount of sweetness to it,” explained freshman Claire Robinson. “I like to order it iced because it’s refreshing and less overwhelming than the hot options, I also think the flavors are better cold.”
Along with these festive holiday drinks, Starbucks also released an assortment of fun pastries. These include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, Polar Bear Cake Pop, Snowman Cookie, and the Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread. Later in the season, customers are able to enjoy the Eggnog Latte and the Chestnut Praline Latte, which were released December 2nd, 2025.
While everyone wished these drinks stayed on the menu all year long, the 2025 Christmas menu will most likely be leaving in early January, as the holiday season ends. So, we should enjoy the Starbucks holiday menu and the cheer it brings while it is still available for purchase.
