Food Review: Three Brother’s Pizza Reopening

Three Brothers Pizza is a restaurant that serves pizza and pasta dishes. They have three locations in the Tampa Bay area but first started with their Odessa restaurant in 2015. Three Brothers Pizza has a passion for giving back to the community and often supports schools, hospitals, and homeless shelters. There was a fire at their Odessa location in July of 2020 and it, unfortunately, burned down. They worked to rebuild over the last 2.5 years and were finally able to celebrate their grand re-opening last month. Most of their pasta such as ravioli, tortellini, manicotti, gnocchi, and lasagna are all homemade and made from scratch. Due to the very high demand for their chicken parmesan, they can’t make all the spaghetti needed and must purchase spaghetti pasta.

Ricotta gnocchi

This dish is ricotta pasta seared in butter, topped with crispy bacon, and served with alfredo. This was very tasty and the gnocchi made with cheese tasted better than other potato gnocchi.

Cheese Ravioli

Homemade ravioli served with red sauce. The ricotta cheese inside was very good and balanced out the sauce which had a great flavor.

Meatballs

It was served with marinara sauce and ricotta cheese. The ground beef comes from grass fed cows. The meatballs were very tender and went well with the sauce and cheese.

Chicken Parmesan

Breaded chicken with marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese. This is a bestseller with about 60 orders per week. This was very appetizing, and the chicken tasted fresh and flavorful.

Pretzel Bites

Homemade dough with a side of cheese sauce. This is their second most popular appetizer besides wings. This is a twist on the traditional pretzel recipe, but it was very enjoyable.
