Warrior Weekly March 9th

Vinya Kalidindi takes us through the top stories from The Oracle News.

This week on the Oracle’s food blog, the Paper Bag, we focused on the cuisine of the country Lithuania, along with including a Lithuanian inspired recipe for cold beet soup.

While reading into this country’s unique cuisine, you should also check out the win that girls’ softball took against Plant High School on February 23rd. Despite the difficulty of the game and this being the first of the season, the lady warriors persevered and ended the game with a score of 5 to 2.

Speaking of “Difficult”, music artist Gracie Abrams released her debut album “Good Riddance” with the track “Difficult” as a single. Abrams has recently rose to fame since being announced as an opening act for Taylor Swift’s ‘The Eras Tour’, and you can read more about the album in our Lifestyles section.

Additionally, Martinez Middle School Students recently took a trip to Steinbrenner to learn more about clubs, sports, and programs that our school offers. Read more about how the day full of games and tours went in our News section.

Well, that’s it for this week’s top stories. If any of these topics spike your interest, make sure to check them out along with our previous broadcasts. Thank you for tuning in and we will see you next week for Warriors Weekly.
