Mr. Vona has been a teacher at Steinbrenner High School for 14 years. He is a proud graduate of Florida State University and the University of South Florida, and a recent fellow with the Journalistic Leadership Institute at the University of Oregon. He is passionate about writing, the environment, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Star Trek.
